Case Study: Bar 189
One recent example of our rapid response involved one of our long-term clients, Bar 189. Back in 2020, we supplied them with a large marquee to expand their outdoor seating capacity—an essential feature that allows them to accommodate more customers, especially at the time, during COVID19’s social distancing requirements and now, when the sun is shining. The marquee has become a vital part of the bar’s setup, but as with any outdoor structure, maintenance and occasional repairs are part of the journey.
Last month, we were out at Bar 189 to fit brand-new wall panels, completely free of charge, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, later that very same day, the marquee was vandalised, leaving one of the new walls severely damaged.
