We are a long-established, respected family-run marquee manufacturing and hire company seeking an experienced Fabricator & Welder to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys varied work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is confident working both independently and as part of a small team.
The Role
You will be involved in the fabrication, welding, and production of marquee structures and associated equipment, helping deliver high-quality products to our customers. The role offers variety, responsibility, and flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
• Fabrication and welding of steel and aluminium components
• Reading and working from drawings and measurements
• Assisting with product development and manufacturing processes
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
• Working closely with management to ensure smooth production and delivery
• Managing workloads effectively both independently and within a team environment
Requirements
• Previous fabrication and welding experience essential
• Competent in MIG welding (TIG experience advantageous)
• Ability to work using own initiative
• Reliable, practical, and adaptable approach to work
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to support a small team
